Tiffani's passion for early childhood education began in 2004 with a work-study position. It was then she discovered her calling to work with young children. In 2009, she encountered the transformative power of the Montessori philosophy and knew she had found her path. Completing her Primary AMI certification in 2021 through Great Work Inc. further deepened her commitment to this unique approach. As a lifelong learner, Tiffani believes the journey of Montessori education is endless.

Her experience teaching English in Japan for three years ignited her passion for supporting foreign and second language learners, a skillset she readily understands as a language learner herself. Beyond her professional pursuits, Tiffani enjoys traveling, gardening, music, and sharing good food with friends. She has been at MSWP since 2016 and is proud to be part of this vibrant and growing Montessori community!
