Dana brings a decade of teaching experience at MSWP to her role as Program & Operations Manager. She is deeply grounded in the Montessori philosophy and its conviction in the incredible capabilities of the child. Dana combines her extensive experience in the classroom with her background in nonprofit marketing and communications to oversee school operations, support program excellence, and ensure a seamless daily experience for children, staff, and families. She holds a Primary Teacher Certification from the Montessori Education Center of the Rockies and a Master of Arts in Teaching (Early Childhood). Outside of work, Dana enjoys staying active, escaping to the mountains, and spending time with her family.
