Caroline grew up in both South Carolina and Illinois, graduating from Glenbrook North High School in the northern suburbs of Chicago. After experiencing life in the South and Midwest, she followed her adventurous spirit to the mountains of Colorado.

Caroline has always had a natural connection with young children—so much so that she’s been known to help overwhelmed parents with their toddlers in airports! Her passion for working with children began with nannying during summer breaks and eventually became her full-time focus after high school.

In her free time, Caroline loves skiing, hiking, spending time at the lake with friends and family, and dog-sitting until she can have a pup of her own. Warm, personable, and genuinely curious about others, Caroline is the kind of person who will remember your story—so don’t hesitate to say hello!
