Carlee has worked with children of all ages for most of her life, spending the most time with kids under the age of four. She discovered her passion for spending time with kids from a very young age when her family began fostering infants and toddlers in her home. Carlee has used that passion for early childhood care and education throughout her life in babysitting, volunteer roles, and joining the team at a Montessori school in Colorado Springs, serving as a Toddler Assistant. She is so excited to continue working with the toddler age group at MSWP and gaining more experience in a Montessori environment. Working with kids brings her so much joy, and she is so inspired by their excitement in learning and getting to watch them grow!
